If you like botanic, in northeast downtown San Miguel km 2.5, near the old dam, is the El Charco del Ingenio Botanic Garden. This reserve of about 67 hectares exhibits approximately 1,300 species of cactaceaes that you cannot miss!

On September, dare to experience the Independence Day celebration. The Noche del Grito (Night of the Shout) is always accompanied by mariachi music, fireworks and numerous stands where you’ll find all kind of typical snacks, candies and drinks.
